Booking Assistance

If you are unsure which stylist to book with, please visit their respective social media pages linked on the photos on our "Meet the team" page for examples of their work. Copper Willow artists operate independently, and we do not have a receptionist. For any booking questions, rescheduling, or cancellations, please contact your provider directly via text message.

Appointment Cancellations

• Canceling an appointment: If you need to cancel an appointment please contact your provider directly via text message. Contact information is available on the ‘Meet the team’ page.

• Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a fee of 50-75% of the booked service (at the provider’s discretion).

• Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a fee of 100% of the booked service.

• No Call/No Show: Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will be considered a No Call/No Show. The card on file will be charged 100% of the booked service. If the fee is not paid, you will be prohibited from booking future appointments.

If you have questions about specific cancellation fees, please contact your service provider. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.

Late Clients

• If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment, your service may need to be canceled or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.

• This may result in a cancellation fee for the booked service.​

Refunds and Adjustments

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions.

• Adjustments:

  • If you feel an adjustment is needed after leaving the salon, please contact your provider within 7 days of your appointment.

  • Requests for adjustments made after this timeframe may result in an additional service charge.

  • Adjustments are made at the discretion of the provider.
